  • Orders may be canceled within 30 days of delivery.

2. Returns Eligibility

All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • All accessories, labels, and inserts must be included.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering cannot be refunded.

3. Restocking Fee

      • A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. This covers inspection, processing, and repackaging.

  • 4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and assume all risk during transit.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Lost or damaged items in transit will not qualify for a refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

6. Refunds
